Welcome to my blog!

I’ve tried to avoid doing one of these for years, but have learned that resistance is futile! So here I am.  I don’t think I’m going to be offering you any great insight into the workings of the universe, but I think we might have some fun. Things that I am most likely to talk about on my blog: cupcakes, chocolate, wine, champagne, dieting, books, X-Factor,  Downton Abbey, The Great British Bake Off, films, Lovely Kev, Vampire Weekend, Zumba, travelling. And there might be the odd recipe.

    Hi Carole,
Wow you have done it again, I bought “A cottage by the sea” on Friday I couldn’t put it down, an excellent book just like the rest. Your amazing and I love your books. Any other books I have bought of other authors I can just not get into them the same which is probably good or I would never get anything done.
I have been waiting for it to come out and couldn’t get to buy it on Thursday, the date was marked in my diary for months but picked it up on Friday and that’s the last the family have seen of me all weekend.
    Thanks so much, get writing!!!!
    Kind regards Sue x
